SUMMARY
VPN Guard does not collect your personal data. There is no account, no sign-up, and no analytics or advertising software of any kind in this app.
WHAT VPN GUARD IS
VPN Guard is a client for the WireGuard protocol. It does not operate a VPN service and provides no servers of its own. You supply a configuration you already have, from a provider you use, a server you run, or your own router. Your traffic travels between your device and the server named in that configuration. The developer of VPN Guard operates no part of that path and can see none of that traffic.
WHAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
The configurations you import are stored on your device only. Private keys are held in the device keychain and are marked so that they are never included in an unencrypted backup and never leave the device. Connection statistics, usage history and application settings are stored on your device and are not transmitted anywhere.
WHAT IS NOT COLLECTED
VPN Guard does not collect, transmit, store or sell your browsing history, your name resolution queries, your network address, your location, your contacts, your device identifiers, or any advertising identifier. The developer receives no user data from this application, and therefore has no user data to disclose, share or sell to anyone, for any purpose, including advertising.
CONNECTION VERIFICATION
VPN Guard offers an optional feature that checks whether your connection is behaving as you expect — whether your public address changed, and whether name resolution and IPv6 traffic are travelling inside the tunnel. When you use it, your device contacts a service operated by the developer, which necessarily observes the address your request arrives from, because observing that address is the measurement you asked for. That address is used to compose the answer sent back to you and is not written to persistent storage, not recorded, not associated with any identifier, and not retained after the response is returned. No record of the request survives it.
CHILDREN
VPN Guard is not directed to children and collects no data from anyone, including children.
CHANGES
If this policy changes in a way that affects what happens to your information, the updated policy will be published with a new date at the top before the change takes effect.

VPN Guard — Terms of Use
ACCEPTANCE
By installing or using VPN Guard you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
WHAT THIS APPLICATION IS, AND IS NOT
VPN Guard is client software for the WireGuard protocol. It is not a virtual private network service. It includes no servers, no server list, no accounts and no connectivity of its own. It connects only to a server you configure, using a configuration you supply. The developer is not a party to your relationship with whoever operates that server, and makes no representation about that operator's conduct, availability, jurisdiction or handling of your traffic.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for obtaining your configuration lawfully, for keeping its private key secret, and for using the application in compliance with the laws that apply to you and with any agreement you have with the operator of the server you connect to. You must not use the application to break the law.
NO WARRANTY
The application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, nor that any connection you establish with it will be private, available or fit for any particular purpose.
CONNECTION VERIFICATION IS AN INDICATION, NOT A GUARANTEE
The verification feature reports what it was able to measure at the moment you asked. A passing result means those specific checks passed at that moment. It is not a guarantee of anonymity, of security, or that no information about you is observable by anyone. Do not rely on it as your only safeguard where the consequences of exposure are serious.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the application.
PURCHASES
Any optional one-time purchase within the application is processed by the App Store. Refunds are handled by the App Store under its own policy; the developer cannot issue them directly. A purchase unlocks features in the application and is not a subscription and not a purchase of any service.
TERMINATION
You may stop using the application at any time by deleting it. These terms end when you do.
CHANGES
These terms may be updated. The updated terms will be published with a new date at the top and apply from the date shown.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the law of the developer's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without depriving you of any protection afforded by mandatory law where you live.
